Pothead Haircare is dedicated to being a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products on animals in any phase of development or production. Pothead Haircare does not authorize any third parties to test our products using animals.

You will receive an email or text message depending on which notification method you chose at checkout; this will contain your order number. All other notifications will be sent using the same method.

We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your domestic order. If you are an international customer, your package could take longer to arrive as it needs to go through customs and then be transferred to your local carrier for delivery. International orders have limited tracking and the end recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes for bringing the goods into the country.
Yes, we do ship Internationally. *Pothead Haircare is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from/to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end changes once the package has exited the United States.
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so we unfortunately may be unable to modify/cancel an order unless you contact us immediately with your request during our business hours (8am-4pm EST)
Once your order has been shipped, Pothead Haircare does not accept responsibility for any package not delivered or delivered to the incorrect address. You will need to contact the shipping carrier immediately to see what assistance they can offer you. Email us at email@example.com so we can try to assist you on our end with getting in touch with the shipping carrier. If your package is returned to our facility, you will need to pay to have the package re-shipped. Pothead Haircare will not cover the cost of re-shipment.

Items shipped Internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Pothead Haircare. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs or natural occurrences. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Pothead Haircare is not responsible for your package once it’s in the possession of the shipping carrier. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to locate your missing package. Please email us at email@example.com and we will try to assist you in locating your package from our end as best as we can.

We have a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your Pothead Haircare online purchase, return the unused portion and we will gladly issue you a refund. The product(s) being returned must be at least 2/3 full to qualify for a refund. Please read and complete all steps below to fulfill your obligations of the return policy.

Complete the return request form and include a copy of your receipt along with your product(s). Ship your order back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. If any of the above information is missing, your refund will not be issued.
*Pothead Haircare recommends using an insured and traceable delivery method. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

We’re sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable
Your return request will be processed as quickly as possible. Most returns will be processes within 5-7 business days of receipt.
We will only refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48-72 hours of processing your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges or the return shipping charges.
Only orders placed through Pothedhaircare.com are covered by this return policy. If you purchased our products through a third party, you will need to contact them in regards to a refund.
